Each piece is unique and handcrafted. We do not offer direct refunds for archival selections.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery if the item is in its original, untampered condition.

Minor variations in weave, texture, and natural dyes are inherent characteristics of handloom art and are not considered defects.

A curation credit may be issued for future acquisitions if an exchange is not immediate.
