Who we are
Muse of Thanu (“we”, “us”) is a handloom house based in India. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit museofthanu.com, create an account, or place an order.
Information we collect
Account and order details: name, phone, email, shipping address, and order history.
Payment is handled by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and pages viewed — used to keep the site working and, with your consent, to understand what is loved.
Cookies and similar storage, as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, send tracking, and answer you.
To keep you signed in and remember your bag.
To send collection notes only if you have opted in — you can leave any time.
To protect the shop against fraud and to meet the law.

Contract — to take payment and deliver what you ordered.
Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure and improve it in a proportionate way.

Couriers receive only what they need to deliver.
Razorpay processes payments under their own policy.
Hosting and analytics providers act as processors under contract. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Retention & security
Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer law ask. Marketing lists until you unsubscribe. Cookies follow the periods in the Cookie Policy.
We use HTTPS, access controls, and limited staff access. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
