The cloth

Every saree is handwoven. Small shifts in colour, slub, and border are the mark of the loom, not a fault.

Screens differ; we describe colour as honestly as we can.

Availability can change when a weave sells through.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm it by email.

Prices are in INR and include applicable Indian taxes unless we say otherwise.

Payment is taken by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We may refuse an order if something looks amiss.

Delivery

We ship to serviceable Indian pincodes. Checkout only tells you whether a pin is available — not a locked calendar date. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns follow our Returns Policy. Worn, washed, untagged, or custom pieces are generally not returnable.

Intellectual property

Photographs, words, and the Muse of Thanu name are ours. Please do not copy them for commerce without written leave.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For any claim, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law forbids a limit.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a consumer law in your country says otherwise.
